Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (Portugal) Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing times. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages Auréa is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at [your contact email].
